Gourmet Gluten-Free Experience (English)
I’ve designed a Gluten-Free Dinner Workshop where you’ll learn to create fine-dining-
level dishes that are entirely gluten free. I’m passionate about crafting unique culinary experiences,
so you can expect high-quality, beautifully presented food that doesn’t compromise on flavour or
presentation. Every recipe is approachable and easy to recreate in your own kitchen.
Our Menu
- Hand-made Rosa di Pasta/ Slow-braised beef ragu/ Tomato essence/ Crunchy buckwheat
- Veal fillet /Celery espuma /Béarnaise sauce/Herb oil/ Textures of beetroot
- Crisp & Cream Tart -White and dark chocolate/ Chickpea/Lemongrass Infusion
All Inclusive at KochRaum
- Small group of maximum 10 participants (the workshop will take place with a minimum of 8 participants)
- Aperitif, 3-course menu with accompanying wines, water and coffee are included in the price
- All recipes to take home
- Washing up is also taken care of
Please note that despite professional cleaning, minimal traces of gluten may be present in the kitchen.
