Our Japanese Fusion cooking class in a fine dining setting offers a unique experience that blends traditional Japanese techniques with modern culinary artistry. Guests will
learn to create refined dishes that combine authentic flavors of Japan with contemporary interpretations, while exploring different traditional Japanese
ingredients. You’ll gain hands-on experience with plating, flavor balance, and techniques that you can easily replicate at home.

- Mackerel sashimi marinated in Japanese shiso vinaigrette with apple and edamame concassé, yuzu gel, and rice chips
- Rib-eye steak with grilled miso pak choi and crispy onion-served with rice
